Ugh.

You know, I think I'm just going to stop posting up inspiration journals here, as well as profiles and shit on ToT. 'Cause you know, not to sound like I'm throwing a pity party here, but I can count the number of times I've gotten feedback of ANY kind on anything on my hands. And that's... well, what's the point of that? It is incredibly frustrating to spend hours typing something up and then have it be completely ignored.

So I just kind of give up. There's no point in doing it if it's not getting me what I want- which is dialogue and people talking. I'm just really, really tired of it.

If you asked me directly about my opinion on something I'd be happy to give you my thoughts. Most of the time I think people are so busy with their own little worlds they don't spend much time looking into others.

Kuki, I read lots of stuff that you and others do. I just kind of never give feedback because it's been so long since I have worked on stuff I don't really feel I have the knowledge to critique peoples stuff. I know how you feel though

If you want me to try next time you post stuff I will try and say something....

There's pretty much no point to it if the only way I can get actual feedback on my work is to poke and prod people constantly.

Well, are you writing the inspirations just to get comments? Or are you doing it for yourself?

I hope it's the latter. It doesn't matter how many people comment, as long as you're enjoying yourself. But if it feels like a chore, then no one can stop you if you want to quit. I personally enjoy them.

It's mostly for myself that I WRITE them- but the only reason I put them up here is to get some kind of feedback on them, ANY kind, seriously. I've got tons of "Inspirations" on my computer that have yet to see the light of day.

Ah. I was never quite sure if you wanted as much feedback as you just wanted people to read them. I've read them all, and hardly comment. :C If you continue to post them, I'll be sure to do that from now on.
