Circe Lamia/Golden Witch is a known super villain, who seems to have started to recently work with Shadowfreak. Of the villains the heroes have faced in the past, she stands as the most dangerous. A formshifter, she can change her form into whatever she desires- but can also change other people into any form she wants. Her name comes from her habit of dressing in gold as well as her golden blonde hair. She has never been caught by the Pantheon and has always managed to slip through their fingers.

As a civilian, Circe appears as a twenty-something woman who works at the local high school, along with Montgomery. She teaches geometry and has Lucina in her class this year. Circe appears to be quite intelligent and seems to be aware of the heroes true identities. Something she has not yet taken advantage of- to anyone's knowledge.
